Experience

I have a wealth of experience working with companies across the UK and on a Global scale within sourcing and manufacturing. Managing logistics and process management has formed a large part of my career which is where I am able to apply my knowledge and experience to my consulting work.

Sustainability

My work also focuses heavily on sustainability and ethics when working with companies on transparency, both throughout their company, as well as across their supply chains. This helps many achieve their RJC and Positive Luxury accreditations.

Challenges

I have tackled a number of different challenges in my career from building a factory in Thailand, to heading up a large buying and sourcing development team covering all sectors of the jewellery market. My previous positions have involved managing businesses on a day to day basis covering all aspects. I have a strong belief that to achieve your objectives it is important to build and develop strong working relationships at all levels.

Accreditations

Over the last 6-7 years Responsible Jewellery Council accreditation has become a significant focus of the business as companies across the industry seek to gain their RJC accreditations or re-accreditations. These vary from retailers to manufacturers and service businesses, and have led to further projects concentrating on specific areas such as supply chain and well being in the workplace.

I have further extended working in the accreditation arena, also covering Positive Luxury, the Butterfly Mark working with brands to achieve the mark.

National Association

For the last 4 years I have also been a Consultant for the National Association of Jewellers. This covers various project work, running their mentoring scheme as well as hosting our members at International Exhibitions.
